yea Pro Tools plugins are top notch..maybe not in design, but sound and usability for sure..

I don't like to use the PT generators at all actually, I agree, they are a joke.
Interesting bug, I have never had that!
As far as unreliable and PT HD, I have worked on numerous film projects with gigs and gigs of data and must say HD was always very reliable for me.
I also think that HD only really makes sense if one adds the c/24 or a better user interface!

oh yes,about 9 it is true.You are right.I was confusing myself now with that post from Upavas that PT has never been cracked and then the very recently 9. version and the cracked stuff,actually all this things about PT are pretty new to me,so maybe that's why I haven't been precise.

Am I right, that there is audio software (plug ins only) that is uncrackable? (softube for instance)
..I hope so.
--or does this mean the plug ins you wont get so far on torrents just need time to be cracked?
..I have a bet going on,with a guy,who claims all is possible to crack,and I shall give him 5 names of plug ins that are not possible to crack till the end of the year if at the end of year it's still not been cracked I'm gonna win (it was a heated discussion, its not about the win really but who got right)
Maybe someone knows it exactly.How good are Iloks,dongles,if there are differences maybe etc?
..or maybe someone can give me the 5 names lol.

yeah looking on it on long distance than for sure.But practicaly it looks a bit different,why for example the guys could not rip Pro Tools for so many years? Because the code/script was so heavy hard,and I think Pro Tools was always highly appriciated and desired in this scene of crack teams.
My BBE Maximizer(software version of course) is not a fresh product,but is also not on torrents.
Or logic for windows (that's not a plug in though)..and a different example,but what I mean there are often big differences in coded protection.I'm not sure if it's all correct what I say but you know what I mean.The more expensive software has more harder ways to install often I think.

ilok has been totally bypassed by several groups.
As has the Syncrosoft/e-licencer stuff.
The only really hard-core dongle that supposedly hasn't been bypassed is the type they're using for Propellerheads Record app.
*nothing* is uncrackable, its just more finding someone who cares enough to take the time to figure it out. Honestly, it's a fine line between getting something free and not having the support and quick upgrades when one finds there's a serious bug that could hammer your work flow.
- Softube... yeah they're all out there somewhere.
