I think now that has the improved midi functions on it, its the best sequencer around
or maybe not?

Version 7 has indeed addes some function for musical production;but unless u are going to buy a TDM version i would go for any other sequencer all it cubse,logic etc... |

It´s a bloody handfull to get pro tools le to work on teh pc because they got alot of compabilty issues! |
