Pro Tool's M-Powered, Buy or not to Buy???

Well after a long time that i want the Pro tool's in my studio it's finally here...
i am useing M-Audio delta 1010 soundcard and i really want to use the protools stuff to the produceing thing...
i have the money to buy it but i have a few questions:
Anyone use it and can tell me how is it?
is it worth the money?
can i work with the M-Powered plugins in cubase?
and finally, Do i need it (I know that i want it hahahaa)?

dear sd.6 im working with protools as part of mu sound studies in emek hayrden college
as a cubase user for severl year tell u the trughe i still think that cubase is moer user frandly but some may say im wrong
as for the vst plugin i know that in the latest ver of pt (6.9) u can work with the vst plugins take to notice that the midi section in pt is not near as in the cubase so if you are work with midi be were of it |

another thing wich is important is that the m powerd pt is an le ver wich can work only till 32 audio ch (voices) and you make trance music so what you can do with 32 audio ch???....... |

ohhhhhhhhhh no i am useing for more than 32 audio channels hahahhhahaahah
so that is what about..... the pro tools is a recording system if i get it good..
