MC505 it's a very good groovebox ,
With the famous Roland sounds . . .
But it can be used for live sequencing ,
midicontroling yo other gear like samplers etc...

Actually that's why i sell my Akai S1000 ,
because i got S3200 and i don't have enuff inputs in my console (it's 20 PL plugs only for the samplers) !
Even with one sampler i have all 24inputs full .
btw , S1000 it's a oldie but goodie , and it's 3U rack
with almost the same interface like S3200 ,
just no internal FX and no Digital I/O . . .
Imagine u xchange samples with yo PC by SCSI ,
and u can use yo VST FX on yo samples and send
them to S1000 and assign to MIDI channels and
analogue outputs and mix the shit out of it on yo
analogue mixer .
No software sampler can replace a hardware one .
Yo know . . .
