Very expensive to find one now. Athough I had the Pro 1 chip based modules in my doepfer system. The VCA does play a part in the resulting sound as well tho. I decided to stop looking for vintage analog synths. Most of them have gotten very old now and I dont have time to repair things, just have time to make music.

Peace out.

You can get close enough by getting the CEM based VCO (CEM 3340 A-111 VCO on both Doepfer and SC-Pro 1 as well as the CEM based Doepfer ADSR, which is the standard Doepfer ADSR) and VCF from Doepfer, as the Pro 1 was a CEM chip based synth.
All brand new, at a fraction of the price. It will not sound exactly the same, but the sound is going to be in the same ball park.

Peace out.

thanks mate that could maybe be a nice alternative to the vintage synths ,i m gonna check this.
what do you think about the doepfler a100 systems .

the dsi stuff i m not sure to like it, when listening the mopho (that is one voice of the p8 i think?)it s like it sound analog and digital at the same time.when lisetning to the 101 or pro one i never feel this

The Doepfer modules are budget modules, yet sound very good for their price.
I am also not very keep on the DSI synths, had the Evolver and I barely used that. I thought the digital side of it sounded a lot more interesting than its analog side when you compare its analog side to the sh-101 for example and its digital side, next to the Virus.

Peace out.
