Monster Cables are great , one of the best , but if youre not going
to plug them into SSL or Neve console u don't really need them...

u can allways go and buy yourself a soldering iron some connectors and cable and do them yourself.
the XLR pin No 2 should go to the tip of the PL Pin No 3 to the ring of the PL and pin No 1 (grounding part of the cable) to the sleeve.
to make ballanced to unbalanced short pins 1 and 3.
