I played before him at a gig on Sunday. Nice fellow. He played a dj set and brought the house down. Awesome tunes!

I was hoping there'd still be maybe a shred of downtempo on the new album, but it ain't looking that way. Still, i reckon i'll be checking it out. He still makes damn fine music to my ears.

Nice one ! Abakus is one of the finest electronic musicians in the world imho. While not psytrance nor psychill , this sounds quality all the way.

i liked more the direction of the 1st album...the 2nd was also a refreshing change & great, but im kinda disappointed from this samples           Life is too short to eliminate all risks.

Not really chill-out, but an album with great tunes, especially "Wasted Feeling", a track that follows on the same mood of his Cinnamon Chasers album "A Million Miles From Home"

Abakus reminds me in a lot of ways of BT. Not because he sounds like BT but because he doesn't allow his creativity or what he thinks sounds good to be limited to a certain genre.           blip.fm/itranscendence

phwoarh! i just did a google search for "abakus prisms", thinking i might be able to find somewhere that will be stocking the cd... anyway, the first 2-pages of the search were all file-sharing sites with the album on them...

i wouldn't mind getting the physical cd when it is released. hopefully somewhere will be stocking it...

I can't believe this CD is actually abakus.

It's good... but in no way does it sound like abakus as all his releases up until now have had that distinct abakus flavour.
