Move to Cubase/Nuendo, Sonar or to any other normal Pro host. There is no normal latency compensation in FL.

The Powercore Virus is the real thing, and it's it's easier to manage than the hardware version too. The Element can handle it just as good as the 'normal' Powercore, which is basicly an element with more software.

Beware though, there are a few major bugs in the Virus|Powercore. To make matters worse, the Virus|Powercore hasn't been updated for more than two (!!!) years, and Access clearly don't care about the customers who paid good money for it.
