possibly skazi but not quite sure...

i have a mix that is about 42 minutes long. several skazi tracks, 1200 mics, sun project and talamasca make up most of it. one song at around 23 minutes bass cuts out and a guys voice says, "what time are you planning to take off?" then the bass slams back in. can anyone identify this track for me?
