Rewind Trance @ Via Club
Once more the Rewind collective in collaboration with Cocoon Prod. comes to provide a dedicated night to the psychedelic vibes, with the presence of some of the new values in the national scene. For this event we have the pleasure to have with us :
* Xenzodiak (Medusa records / Happy Minds) *
Xenzodiak a.k.a. Albert Xenzo is the new talent from Portugal. He has been involved in music since he was 13 years old by playing bass and drums in jam sessions, always around funk, jazz and metal music. Later he played in projects as the Luna Sea Sane with former-members of Blasted Mechanism and Primitive Reason, until the day that knew the power of fullon and discovered the psytrance scene. Connected to the world of production in some sources, working in sonorous bands for films and advertising. He worked in some events for the ETIC( One of the most recognised audio and video schools in Portugal )being collaborating as sound technician in diverse activities and giving support to audio/video students. By that time he had built his own studio, and after working hard he is here to present his own story. Xenzodiak has clearly his unique identity and attitude, with a solid drive that will stir any dance floor into frenzy. Juicy leads, deep atmospheres, playful melodies and massive bass lines are some of the clear evidence of his sound.

* Insomnis (Union Records) *
João Moura born the 2 of April 1980 initiated at the age of 5 his contact with musical education that continued during 10 years. With a solid background in music and having high skills as percussionist, is at the age of 20, when he had his first contact with electronic music, that decided to retake his musical way. With the friend with whom he went to the first trance party, Daniel Bernardo, known world-wide as Menog, initiated his way in the psychedelic area. Playing with a drum machine and a PC started making small musical parts. During all these years he kept his musical taste for the production of melodies and parts that he describes as being oniric landscapes filled with magic, colour and cosmic energy. He now says to be ready to leave the “hole” and to bring messages for your creation.
* Plurgrim (Cocoon /Electrik Dream / En Sof / Union Records) *
Cesar Coelho aka Plurgrim has always lived with music all around. Initiating in 1997, his contact with ambient and dance music with psychedelic orientation, early felt the strong link to this musical genre. In the end of 2001 initiated his activity as dj, being co-founder, together with Ricardo Costa, of the Mush`n´Deep project ( a hybrid project based in the synergy between djing and musical production). Continued his way as dj, under the name of Plurgrim, having participated in some events, in collaboration with the most acclaimed trance event producers( Good Mood, Quest4Goa, Omium, En Sof, Crystal Matrix, Union prod., Elements trance, P.L.U.R prod…) detaching, from all the events during these years, the participation in the Boom Festival 2004 ( invited by Chilloutzone as dj and in the production of Boom Festival developing the Eco-Team Project ), Freedom Festival 2005, Utopia 2006 and the contribution in the production and closing of the ambient area of the Boom Festival 2006… living these experiences side by side with some of the biggest references in this musical orientation...tanks to all... Since the beginning he has developed its taste for the dance area, having followed the growth of the trance movement in Portugal, developing throughout this time, in small parties of friends… the true laboratory … his technique and skills. It was by request of Elements Trance that for the first time he explored the dance area, making his first experience next to names as Astral Projection, Trinitix, Suria, Fungus Funk and Suria Namaskar under the name of Tryppyrabbyt. With out letting get stocked to any style he explores sonorities that go from progressive to fullon and tech trance, depending on the event where he participates, trying to give sense to what moves him in this musical area, the communion between Nature, Music and Man.

* Feijão PaintCore *
We have the pleasure to present for the decoration of this event the work of one of the most appraised plastic artists of the national scene. In recent years, PMC Feijão has dedicated himself to the painting of pictures, interior decoration, and pictorial environmental creation for musical events, to detach: Woodstock 1999… New Iorque; Boom Festivals… Portugal (2000, 2002, 2004, 2006); Universo Paralelo… Brazil (2005/2006); Rock in Rio… Lisbon (2006)… Is responsible for the grafics of TERRAKOTA, created the layers of their albums, posters and flyers of concerts and this year finished the projectc of scenes, for the shows of the band. Throughout the years, this plastic artist has participated in diverse projects, since the conception of logos, painting of t-shirts, decoration of spaces, painting surf boards, decoration of events, graffitis, pictures, etc… this time with collectiv project Paintcore unites forces with other artists and collaborators to bring to us their conception of a party space.
