its basically brazillian cachaça, with picked ice, lime juice and sugar, very nice for hot weather.

it's not that clear....
i've understood u can bring whatever u wont in the campsite and in the picnic area...
it means alcool too....
is it right??

then who and how is going to check u when u will go to the dancefloor?? dunno.

i think would be much better if security will check the campsite looking for robbers than looking for a bottle of alcool in the dancefloor...

Really.. What you have packed in your bag they dont check anyway
(unless they want 3days of cue into the festival)...

But they have no way of checking whats in your drinking bottle.. i
dont see why they should care ? I was only at Boom 2002, but then no
such checking bottles etc..

(it reminds me of when i was a little kid, going to these youth clubs,
lol, they would check if you had something else in your bottle)..

Guys, It's a FESTIVAL, and like any festival it has RULEZ, some of them are not really meant to be obeyed.

So yeah, BRING LOTS OF ALCOHOL but try to get around the security by using plastic bottles etc etc.

Israelis, Greeks, Turks and any other Mediterranean ravers - Please, BRING LOTS OF ARACK! (or raki / ouzo etc) it's also transparent so it's easier to be disguised as water ;-)

I hereby declare that i would buy any leftovers of anise-based liquor after the boom (if there's any left)

I read a few pages back that cooking your own dinner at your tent is forbidden, but where did you get this information? I can't find it anywhere on the Boom website...

besides, do the people on the car camping have to take the boat everytime to make breakfast/lunch/dinner/snack?? That would be ridiculous...
