i hate boom... 2 years ago i bought an early ticket and 2-3 weeks before the fest i decided wasn't able to go so i sent them e-mail to change the name cause my friend was going. nobody answered.i sent my friend an e-mail with photo of my id, the boom receipt and the paypal receipt.he printed them and went to the festival door where he was told that exept from all these stuff they wanted to see (printed) the mail that i was asking th name to be changed!!!!!he should travel back (from the middle of nowhere) to an inernet cafe to print it,something which he wasn't able to do. what the fck?? in that case there is no understanding?where is the "we are one" attitude??? i lost my 90-100euro and got no answer of course...

Wow, very sad thing this.
I've asked this same question at the boom team this year, that was in case I couldn't go if I could sell the ticket and how. They just answered me to prepare a printed ID and a self-certificate and a copy of the bar code of the ticket..to show them all at the entrance.. |

I assume everybody ova here can read::::...
I won't travel by BoomBus nor will I buy my BoomTickets online_but it took me like 2min to find the info you should have been seeking

A ticket and wristband are personal and non transferable.
3. Tickets cannot be transferred, re-sold, refunded or re-issued. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred, it will become voidable and the holder may be refused entry or ejected from the Site.

^^ vtala i think you will have a few problems on selling the ticket because like Ellon has already mentioned the tickets are personal and not possible tranfer them...or it was i also understood...but check this info from boom website:
