Hi there
I'm planing to do this summer a little "fest tour" in europe and built a shop in each fest that will probably sell shirts and hats.
it will be my first time on this so if anyone here who is known to the subject and could help and suggest anything that could be usefull on how to make things right, please contact me via pm or e-mail.

Hi guys!
I read this on boom offical site (terms & conditions):
"13.Photographic, video or audio reproduction of Boom festival is prohibited."
Would it means i am not allowed to bring my cam onto the site? I would be sooo pissed off. 
and what if the security guy send me to the right-about, really.. i will not want to dig holes in the middle of the fuc*** "desert" to hide my pro cam stuffs... 
May the question seems to be ridiculous but i have seen this kind of things on festivals (looong time ago, before the age of internet ) |

The cameras situation is sad....i adore to take photographs and its one of my passions!!!! Even worst are the news that you cannot bring food and drinks from the outside....WTF!!!!!! I cannot see another reason than the reason of business....this is not a 2/3 days festival, its a whole week and the prices are not cheap....
Or they are going to put a huge food market with fair prices for 30000 people?
I really hope that some light will be shed on this matter.....

from boom website:
10.No bottles, cans, glass, containers, alcohol, food, chairs (except for folding chairs), tables, or picnic equipment may be brought onto the Site, campsite and picnic area excepted. Any found will be confiscated. Water and non-alcoholic drinks in plastic bottles with unbroken seals up to 500ml are permitted in the concert area.
11.No illegal substances may be brought onto the Site.
12.Official merchandise, food, drink and general provisions will be available from authorised identified vendors within the Site. No trading shall be undertaken without the prior written consent of the Promoter, any offenders will have their property confiscated and will be ejected from the Site.
13.Photographic, video or audio reproduction of Boom festival is prohibited.
wtf is this?
does this means we cant take any alcohol into the fest? and can t i take my own pics on the fest?
wasnt this suposed to be a place where ppl can feel free and do whatever they wont to?
i can understand the 11 and 12 paragraphs but
the by prohibiting ppl from bringing FOOD and drinks is just absurd
can some1 pls enlighten me about this situation?

^^^I think the general public needs some explaination as to why they are being denied these basic things(Organizers?!)...No outside food!!! Will there be someone measuring how many ml of water I am walking around with? This will maybe steer people away from coming, no?
