hola, been in the scene for about 5 or 6 years now(i know, a baby)...recently ive gotten pretty serious about djing and music production...i only spin music i have purchased and feel very strongly about supporting artists

that being said...i recently recieved a cd from a distributor that is not too old (2007) and the sound quality is CRAP!!! not even close to any off my other music...sounds worse than mp3 even.....any ideas...im sad, cause the release is really sweet...but its very hard to use and listen to.

yup never liked that one myself... it might be a stuff up at the mastering level or something... another one that was ruined upon listening to the cd was "Lyserg Lesson 1" on Noise Poison *ugh*           I hate you, you hate me, we are all so hap hap happy!

thats defiantly poor mastering issue
i have a track there and also some of those tracks from the other artists with home mastering they sound just great

good example is the izilopop remix from neuron compost , it has same quality as the original (from giiwa v/a schizm) and there it was allright so defiantly mastering thing

taco77 and volt please pm me your emails i will send you my track on wav file with better mastering

@ elastic_plastic

The last track is actually two tracks, the second one is hidden bonus track [called Madafaka, vs track with Kanibal Holokaust, and also it's not listed on cover] and because of that there is a gap between.
All the best
