My friend, often such things are released in a way to pay respect to the person who has passed away.
I know at the funeral of a close relative who had many unreleased works of are from his painting & sculpting we put these on display.
Secondly, you probably have no idea what relationship he had with this label, whether through friendship or contractual, to release this work so who are you to judge?
Death is just the next step in our personal cosmic travels and it is a time to celebrate what was at this spiritual level, not to be sent being miserable at what has been lost or what may have been.
The profits from the sales will go to a charity, so the best we can do is to try and make sure sales reach a level where profits are made.
In short, try to be a bit more productive and less miserable for all in this thread including yourself.

he is always on my spirit and living in my set...
i have many of tunes from Romolo 24 bit even some of tunes 48khz.now i start to play with dat and record that tunes by high digital recording.
