yes, sounds and fx are done very well.
mixing sounds good as far as I can judge on my cheapo speakers.
I would shorten it to 8 minutes and work on the story as hayez said.

i advice you to work more in the EQ because the kick+bass sound a bit weird sometimes!
And as the other guys said, you got some good sounds in there but you need to work more on the storyline and the arrangement!
