I would like you to recomend me some point-and-click adventure... For me the best one so far is Syberia - both parts, very beautiful and so damn original game, the best of the best from the genre imho...
Can you help me find something like this one??
I've played some of the Monkey Island, also Grim Fandango (back in those days),Broken Sword, some Agatha Cristie and Sherlock Holmes alike... I don't like Nancy Drew series, nothing like that... It doesn't matter if it's new or some older one, something unique and interesting ... I play games only on my pc, so it would be good if you recomend a pc game...
Thanks in advance |

i liked myst a lot
king's quest of course - favs were 5 and 6
Gabriel Knight
I really like a lesser known one called Noctropolis, and if you don't mind a pretty old game then LOOM is a wicked one, full of atmosphere.

I'm finishing Still life, so I will check your recommendations...
Thanks guys
p.s. Yes, I like older games... If the game is good for me, it's not a problem the graphics or whatsoever...

the broken sword series is good too. If you know how to use torrents go to the pirate bay and look for these games. You need this to run them tho on xp or vista. http://www.scummvm.org/ Also darkseed 1 and 2 are good. 1 is real old tho.
I just got DOTT yesterday and its so cool to play again. Plus you can change the graffix with the emu. I've definatly heard a psy track with samples of the purple tentacle talking.
Discworld is great if you like monty python style humor with a goofy magition as the main character with a walking luggage that follows him as you collect items and try to slay a dragon. Based on terry pratchett books. you can get 1 and 2 together on pirate bay. Sam and max games are good. as well as Sanitarium |

I just finished Broken Sword 1 last night after many years since the first i had played it (by the way it doesnt need any program to run on XP) and i got to say its an AMAZING game with some great humourous lines that made me laugh all the time.
A true timeless classic that will be amazing even in ten years from now.

True, especially the first 2 parts аre amazing!!! The 3rd and 4th part of the game are nice too, with away better graphics, but that spirit is quite lost imo... beside that I've enjoyed..
Some nice games that I've played recently from this genre:
The Black Mirror
Still Life
Nibiru: Age of Secrets
Art of Murder: FBI Confidental
