Yeah, I have the exact same problem... Front page showing one message, but when I click it, the alleged message is nowhere to be seen... WTF?

Alright, I fixed it too... Mine was a Arafela message too... I got another message, and when I deleted it, the 'lost one' appeared - and I was able to delete it...
