what can you say about this one:

made with fruity loops
+slightly modified standart fruity kick (added note sine and pitch enveloped at small first part)
+vb1
all cutoffed a bit
no compression |

just listened to that - does'nt sound too bad
i've been having problems using vb1 with fruityloops - the notes always end up being too long, which gives me compression issues later on. do you make bass samples with vb1, and then use a sampler, or straight midi->vb1. how long are your notes ? |

I use tau pro, my notes are usually 1/64 or 3/128 (1/64+1/128).

on 27 am i used a sample from a sample cd called XXL bass.
in the new trax i use logic esm bass samples.
and v station. |
