i think you better get wavelab:
it uses both DirectX & VST plugins perfectly.
so you won't have to search for special DX plugs that are so kind and work with SF.
afaik, SF _is_supposed_ to work with DX fx.

and get SF 5. just about all pluggins that work for cubase and FL work for SF(exept Wave). anyway try http://www.sonicfoundry.com/

I just wanted to say god for creating the guys from Herzelya who are responsible to the Waves plug-ins. They are so much better than all the crap around!!! Even better that the Steinberg and Sonic Foundry Effects.

brain - I totaly agree. they make the absolutly best vocorder pluggin in the world (Orange). the thing it does to anything u apply it on... u just wanna kiss it (its a software so u cant...).
anyone is working with Acid 3 or SF 5 Studio?

Yo,
btw, vst plugs work with sound forge just fine.
the only thing you have to do is to use one
of the vst2dx adapters...
*same for dxi's in sonar, just use vsti2dxi adapter..
