Plugins on Mac(g4)

i am getting a g4 and i am pretty new at mac , i would like to know how it works the vst plugins on it(special at logic 7)can i use the same plugins i have at my computer(pentium4)on my new mac or do i need a new special version for mac?
And list the plugins that have and the ones that dont have for mac.....bad thing also.;;

no u can't use plugins for PC on your Mac.
it's is a different system and a different Code.

ya it sucks..
.exe files dont work on mac's
they are mostly like .dmg files or .sit or something

Actually they are not
dmg and sit are compression formats like zip i guess you say that cause you shop your plug-ins on emule or kazaa !!!
Mac formats are also vst but programmed for mac
and Also a new one Called Audio Units
so if you want to use Logic it's gonna be Audio Units Only
unless you have the vst To Au converter
and if you want to use vst it's Cubase
but remember that Cubase and nuendo are not optimized for mac specially on G4's
the only soft that use both is Live
to understand better how audio works on Mac go there
