regular headphones have 2 rings (black / red usually) around the "connection" u need to have special ones with just 1 ring around it... so damn hard to explain when yer hung over

yup i have one of these (for my delta 66 actually!)
2 male mono plugs on one end handily labelled left and right, and a female stereo socket which you plug the phones into. got it from maplins (UK version of radio shack)
