bro sorry for ya but u have to work much more on it..
ask almost evrybody around here.. u dont know to make a decent bass-kik combination.. better dont start. what u've posted sounds a scetch for a electro escenario and not psy-trance. kik is not pumping, it doesent have this punch over the 200 hz, the bass is almost lost.. the kik predominates too much and eat the bass.. u have to work very carefully the sub-bass part. u dont need to pump it. u need to Cut it! so that the sub bass is not eating everything... the subbass (below 60 hz) comes from your good overal mix and after the mastering process is applied. if u apply too much subbas (cuz so u hear the mastered cds u have ) u'll ruin everything. I think u should enter and read very carefully what the masters say in the other section of this forum "equipment and music creation" and there u'll learn everything necesary so that u can start building a good kik-bass combination.
but dont get angry, one have to try and try and try so that can build a decent kik.bass structure.

cheers and happy tweaking

Also a good technics I generally use ...It's U cut the high of the bass (especially with VB1) and one EQ u will cut also some frequencies for instance 80Hz and 250Hz like you make a little hole in the frequencies and also U can cut the bass between 0hz to 50Hz...With another EQ U will pump the frequencies U cut with the first EQ...Also u can use RBass on the kick and bass from Wave effect very impresssive...If You want to have a good result...Anyway the best way is to work and work
after 200 tracks It's begin to be good....If U made one tracks every week...After 4 years It's begin to be good work....Carry on           Nia KOR

Thats not nice at all. He's asking for help, if you dont want to help, dont bother posting.

And its better not to give any advice, than bad and incorrect advice. What you just said is completely incorrect

I just had a listen to your bass. Its definitely not the usual sound, but that could be a good thing. The bass itself is badly lacking in the mid department, which you have probably eq'd straight out. I suggest taking a look at the Bassline thread in the Music/Equipment section for some information.
