Hi

After a Fire in my Studio i have a request to all Musicpeople and peoples here:

Please, when you finished your Work,

"SHUT DOWN YOUR COMPUTER AND ALL ELECTRIC DEVICES"

I don´t do that, and the Result is the Fire in my Studio.
I am work in the Firebrigade here in my Town, i must know that...

Peace , Denny

I'm sorry to hear about your expensive lession LS..

Did you loose any important equipment or tracks? How large was the fire before it got extinguished?           Aural transmissions from the deep forests of Sweden

Shit... What was the reason?

I use multiple socket outlets (=Steckdosenleisten) with a switch to turn anything off definitely.           www.myspace.com/mentris

Damn, how frustrating! im very sorry for you! and me, cause it can happen to anyone!
how much did you lose in the fire? is it all replaceable?

i have not killed the switch for my little behringer mixer for some days now.. i always use to do that.. and switch everything else of..

but shit can happen even if you think you do the right things..

awww its scary!

I think it will give you a new perspective on what yo have done so far, do not take it as negative thing. I think sometimes to burn whole studio to start fom beggining, heh, good that hard drives are safe.

i agree!

its also a big sorrow over what you have lost, but its good to look at it positive, sort of taking you back to square one again, i think one will see her/his goals better, and work harder for them...

i could send you a Roland Sh32 but it has a very low output, probably something wrong there..

anyway i bet its fixable! hehe

im not trying to get rid of stuff, but i think i will never fix it... if you think you want to fix it and use it i will gladly send it to you...

hehe

really sorry to hear that. hope that not much is lost.

everyone should be carefull when connection to much stuff to a single wall-thingy... is too much stuff is connect fire can happen.

always make sure there's a earth connection for your own protection, i've been almost eletrucuted hundreds of times.

also, many people use flammable stuff to impreove acoustics and that is dangerous too...
