It's becoming almost like those Viagra ads you get in mail.
And besides, shouldn't that stuff go to The Workshop section?

Sometimes you get remix packs for very cool tracks. But yes, they do belong in the Workshop, imho. |

why not??! its rather good fun, or actually a good waste of time, for upcommers, to work on decent samples, and in general good fun, i dont see why not! even tho the quality of the packs are quite pathetic, that cant be used to judge the real nature of the complete work.i dont agree at all, dont care if its in this section or another, as long as gets me interested and gets my creative juices flowing.sometimes doing something, it doing better than doing nothing.sometimes i like to pick up dirt, wet it and mould shapes,so let the dirt be

Why not? If it bothers you don't download it.
I think this section (production and MUSIC MAKING) is the right section for this sort of thing, and these packs are a bit of fun, I love having a crack when a good pack is released. |

I think in workshop would be better, let's keep that production forum as a source for topics, tutorials and information about production and the workshop forum for demos, tracks and remixes.
I agree some good artist already offered interesting stuff to remix, quite a great thing to play a bit with them files and check'em,but amongst the pearls there are a lot of cheesy pseudo artists sorry sometimes it is like spam I think.
All this is really useless then and it makes less quality with such a quantity ,workshop forum should be nice for that.

My point was - keep it in the workshop section.

Is it?
Ok, so I will start posting about playing rocknroll on a guitar, playing some classical on piccolos and flutes, giving the score for some jazz songs and other irrelevant topics.
This is exactly what the workshop section is for.
