Hello Nate.
I bought your marvelous CD album and have to tell you: Thank you. You bought the music and the sound i was waiting for for 15 years !!!.
(I'm trying for 8 years to find how to do this king of bass i hear on the last tracks of your album; a king of TB or SH101 with a closed LP filter and a little bit of phasing...).
I know you probably worked very hard to find your sound (i was searching for the same but failed) and that you should consider it as "secrets".
I am a 39 years old amateur, fed up with searching and becoming demotivated by not finding.
Nate, if you don't answer me, i will understand because "i know it did not came you directly from heaven"...:
1_What material makes this sort of "TB/SH101" bass on your last tracks ?
2_ How do you make it "pump/groove" with the kick...hardware compressor ?
3_Are your Bass/Kick software or hardware ?
4_ What is your recording material ?
5_ Do you Midi or audio record ?
I could resume: Describe your "Sonic Circus" studio gear and Bass/Kick gear.
If you are willing to answer but don't want to it on the forum, my mail adress is douede@aol.com
I'am happy you exist (and won't think anything bad if you don't answer)
Best Regards to you, Nate.
Eric
