woaaah easy mate.
first, what style?
second, define what you are after and what you would consider "good"? are you insistent on a cd label, or are you cool with digital? is it important to you that they have a party crew and maybe get you gigs, or maybe it is a secondary thing? is it cool if it is released for free but gets a lot of promotion, or would you like the label to operate like a business? maybe you would like to be part of a debut release of a new label, or would prefer to release somewhere established?
and lastly, understand that in today's music climate there are not many labels in psytrance that would meet the qualifications of most people's opinion of "good", and those that do exist are usually well established and run with their specific style and artist roster for some years.
if you detail more what you have in mind i am sure others here can give you a starting point.
