hello
ive got this problem the manual is very short and had nothing for me and tech support never returned my e-mails ok
I have the mk-449c midi keyboard
and
the uc-33e midi controll surface
When I am assigning controlls to them in reason I noticed that the controls were incorrect in reason for instance c26(a knob) showed as fader 1 in reason and the faders and some of the other knobs dont work however if I switch the preset they switch like c26(knob) will show as keypad 5 and different controlls will not send midi on the controller it shows the buttons are correct and they all send midi so im led to believe I need to delete all the presets and start from scratch. but i cant figure out how.
Ithink it is a preset problem or a reason problem because the same thing happens on my midi keyboard too and they were bought from different locations at different times.
any help please I gotta use these for my live set and cant figure it out.
thanks all knowing forum gods
