Man this is one mental piece of twilight-ish psy! The kick-bass sounds very much like Lost&Found (sent Gerhard a message querying him on this), but I'm not sure...

Can anybody help PsYBaSS52 get an ID on this sick track?

Depth Charger is an Australian dj signed to Disasterpeace Records, so the chances are it could well be one of their tracks. I'll contact him and ask for you.

Actually i'm 99% sure thats a Rubix Qube track, can't remember what but I know that vocal sample and the bass and synths sound a lot like him. Maybe check out his or his group Biorhythm's albums (both up on the disasterpeace website).

I already found the name of track!
The Track Name is: Rubix Qube - Hall of the Mountain Clown.
And the track released in the VA - Murder Of Crows ( By Various).

You can buy it in mp3 or wav on http://www.junodownload.com/products/1472546-02.htm too, looks cheaper than itunes too.

first 50 or so seconds are not, but it def is Hall of the Mountain Clown .. @ Psybass52 : is not that complicated to download from disasterpeace.com, it's just legitimate
