The owner of the video doesn't know who the artist is. Only info he had was where the vocal samples came from. Has anyone here heard this track before?

NM. Just found out that it's off of Brian Eno/David Byrne's My Life in the Bush of Ghosts. Sadly, the CD is in my rack and I just didn't recognize it.
