Please help: cracks in kick drum roll

Hey everyone!

I'm working on this kick drum roll and for some reason am getting these weird cracks in the roll. Here is the 6 second link to show you:

I'm using Cubase's Groove Agent SE with the sample set to one-shot.

Does anybody have any idea why this might be happening?

just faded it in/out till you fix the noise in the end of the kick Sample .
you can even put reverb send with build up till the end of the roll

here an old video how can you do it with Kontact maybe it will help you
