Planet Zogg… joining the dots from trance... to techno... to psy!

KRISTIAN (Chichime/Psygate)
TEKNO HIPPIE (Sunrise)
LAM (Black Moon KPG)
STE WILKINSON
DIL & GREG ZOGG (Planet Zogg)

Zogg brings you another all night trip through hyperdelia in a full on cosmic visual environment.

This month Zogg is on a bit more of a psychedelic trip with a Sheffield debut from KRISTIAN, resident DJ at Psygate and Chichime who’s been wowing parties all over the UK and beyond with his techie driving psy-trance. Kristian mixed a couple of releases for the much missed Transient label and is now working with the thankfully very much still with us Phantasm records. This summer Kristian is playing at festival all over Europe including the Glade and Sonica, so we’re very glad to have him up rocking Zogg.

Zogg’s good mate TEKNO HIPPIE makes a welcome return across the Pennines with his uplifting groovy trance. LAM brings a touch of Thai beach party magic to the slightly less tropical surrounding of Matilda St, and STE WILKINSON rejoins us for second helping of driving tech trance. DIL & GREG ZOGG complete the bill as ever with some full on tribal trance techno.

JEDI and TRANCEVISUALS.COM provide the cosmic visuals, there’ll be UV stalls and surprises a plenty. We hope to see you on the 14th and remember..

RESISTANCE IS FUTILE!!

Would love to go, but don't think I can make it. Im sure it's going to be fantastic. Parties up north generally are.

Thanks for the big up to the north!

Without generalising too much - parties outside of London tend to have more of a regular crowd - so do tend to be a bit friendlier & more up-for-it...

I think a lot has to do with London being so big - there's so much on which means so you can very easily go every weekend to one sort of party and become very stuck in one sort of scene or music.

Outside of London - people are lot more used to going to different sorts of underground nights as there is less of one sort of night on. For example in Sheffield you'll often find many of the same people at a house warehouse party, a dub reggae night, a techno outdoor party or a trance free party.

But maybe its just because its *better* up North!

It is a top name isnt it - when looking for a name for the (then) new night - Dill came across one of his first ever mix tapes which was called " The Mix from Planet Zogg" - and the rest is history...
