Saw the trailer,saw the casting,saw the cover and decided to skip it with no second thought,i dont like this kind of films although in the far future i might see it since somehow it has high ratings on imdb and it might not be so bad as i think it is.
Seems like a b class action movie to me though.

i thought death proof was much better.....but yeah the concept is cool.....
no b movie just a future remake of classic gore american movies....

I really enjoyed "Death Proof".
I think it has great moments and dialogues.
However, Planet Terror was not as good as Death Proof.
In fact, I dind't find it GOOD at all.
Definetly entertaining, just like pr0fane said. And that's about it.
Looks like Rodrigues and Tarantino wanted to make a B movie.
Well, congratulations guys!! You did it!!

I personally think that Death Proof sucks balls and that Planet Terror is way awesome. "Good text" goes only so far as to excuse the inane girly-banter of the prior, while the latter is just the coolest zombie-flick ever, without artsy pretention. |

exactly!
i think that if you don't get the atmosphere of b movies then you won't enjoy those two films.
been hearing so many bad comments from people that don't actually dig this style and i find them pointless..it's like me reviewing an 165bpm-trance track..i don't like it so i can't say if it's good on it's class!
also agree that planet terror is better than death proof!much more enjoyable!

planet terror - very entertaining - for those who know wat they wud like to see ... and theres plenty in this movie .. tarantino is genius

This movies are pure entertaiment and when you dont want to make any effort to watch a movie are the best option.

very good movie, playing with cliches and vintage cinematic elements in a very artistic way.
as a fan of classic synthesizers sound experience was a pleasure and funny too.
but on the other side. once seen you dont need to watch it anymore.
