Planet Blue is a new compilation series by johnny blue for mikelabella records. the main attempt of this psybient/psydub digital series is the participation of artists presenting music from around the world.
we like to see planet blue , the earth , as a core of life...
creation , expression and communication , wisdom , light and harmony.
and music is both the seed and harvest , the journey and destination , the origin and legacy of these values..
a cosmic synergy...

Nice sounds!
Will Mikelabella be setting up on Bandcamp?
Uncompressed downloads at Beatport are seriously overpriced over mp3s (yuk!)
Juno is more reasonable but Bandcamp rocks!
Please??

Btw, waxman, I didn't realise you were from Melbourne as well - until I saw your bandcamp profile. You were the first person it pointed me to when i joined their new social thingy.

Hey DjSchofield! I saw you're up on Bandcamp too.
Bandcamp ticks all the boxes for fans - uncompressed files (with no extra over lossy), the tags are spot on, full length previews...I could go on - I'm a tragic.
The social side is great - linking to so many artists, labels and fans is a great way to uncover indie and new releases. It's burning a hole in my pocket!
Cheers

Yeah, I've been a fan of bandcamp since I first stumbled across it. It's great, and so often you get to support the artist or label directly.
