im a bit confused by this piece of equipment. can someone tell me whats special/different about this cd/media player? i see it can take a memory card and has a USB port for some reason, but i dont see whats so special. it was suggested to me by a friend. can you guys tell me about your experience with it or why i should/shouldnt use it?

i think the special about it is that it can play mp3 cd's (not so special now) and SD cards (smth like memory stick with mp3 files).

check out www.pioneerprodj.com for more info but if playing mp3 cd's is your intention, i would personally go for the CDJ-200
