Well, i used both of them... the 100 is reliable ( as most of the people would tell ya.. althou it makes small problems when it's used alot... the slider gets stuck and stuff like that )... the 500? it's a clumsy model.. HUGH!!!...it has a loop mode in it ( thats the new thing in it.. ), but no effects, and no perticular reason to buy it... if u'r not using loops, there's no need to buy the 500, the 100 will do just fine...

yea agreed with Weaver..
the 100s can work like "Susim"!
but i think the amricandj proscrach its better
(and i used 100s)
