you'll have to get permision from the publishing record label. it's pretty much easy, you might even end up releasing that remix under them.

As far as i know abt intl copy laws ... it is suggestable that u do take permission of the LAbel
But ... On the otherhand. If there are no melodiesand u can prove that the Voice is not of that of Gilmour or waters.... there is no prob at all ...
