In a standard photoshop installation you'll find quite a few plugins, but if you want more, take a look at kai's powertools ( "KPT" ), these give you a lot more psychedelic effects... I don't use any other than photoshop itself though... most effects are to easy to recoughnise...

at a local software store near you 
it used to belong to www.metacreations.com i believe but it seems they where bought by a bigger bad company (corel ?)
dunno about details...

i hate to sound like a "purist" or a "elitist" but dont use plug-ins. you'll learn so much more by using the basic effects and basic tools. in the end you'll be glad you did it the hard way. trust me.
some may not think the same way i do tho... |
