Photoshop 7.0 Problem

Hi please help me 
I got this problem, when i start Adobe Photoshop 7.0 it loads up everything ok until it comes to initializing, there it stops and BOOM there it comes THIS PROGRAM HAS USED AN ILLEGAL PROCEDURE IN USER.EXE
and it closes down..
What shall i do? ive re-installed it like 4 times now and the same thing happends...
Please help me

No mate its a legal version, i think ive fixed it... A few autoupdates may have done it

well, photoshop is very expensive, sure it's a legal one?:)
anyhow, i am working with photoshop since ver. 3;) and it's almost always like that when some x.0 version released, u just have to get an update to x.1
i still love my 5.5 and 6;)
