At last the long awaited debut album from Danish Phony Orphants is finnished.
Iboga Records presents this new killer (the word has even penetrated psyshop  ) album with eight previously unreleased tracks in a new progressive style.
Phony Orphants is Mikael Dahlgaard and Jeppe Ornkilde, which is both, located in Copenhagen Denmark. Both have been friends even before they started to get interest in electronic music. In 1997 Mikael and Jeppe started to produce music on a Akai S3000, but it took few years before their first release which were on the German label Aries. Today Phony Orphants discography reaches long to labels like: Transient, Millennium Records, Plastic Park, Aries, Creamcrop, Native Exsotics Outback Eclipse CD and Global Eyes from Australia.

Here is a question that maybe somebody affiliated with the label or artists could answer....
I have a record on the Nano Beat label with the track "Chicargo Collins" (I assume it is the same as the track "Chicago Collins" on this album) which is credited to Phony Orphants vs. Antix. Will there be any other tracks on this album that are a collaboration between PO and Antix? I love both tracks from that 12" and would love to hear more from the collaboration.

finally!!! been waiting for a ages for this album by the excellent danish duo!
Needingless to say that Iboga are living up to there repution as pervayors of quality psy!
