hey .. phatmatix sounds like hard base of neuro.. not sure if its neuro.. ..chromatix is a combo of chromatone and phatmatix..but m not sure about phatmatix if its neuro.... realy banger musik.. mechanik kastle..

Phatmatix aka Stephane Rault, Ex-guitar player in a rock band, Rashka got into psytrance at the end of 90's. He has been dJ'ing psychedelic for the past 6 years all around the globe with powerful night time sets. Back from a long australian tour in 2003, he starts his solos project, Phatmatix and release his first track on Peak Records. He got involved in Mechanik Sound Records, alongside, to Neuromotor and Hyper Frequencies and worked on the Mechanik Castle compilation under several projects (Los Diablos, Chromatix, Superpunk, Time Machine). His unique powerful sound combines strong dange floor rythms with wierd hallucinated sounds, dark atmospheres and funky rhythms on a fat bass line with lots of FX breaks. Phatmatix has become one of the most powerful emerging talent from France. Since 2005 he has been concentrated on Red Cells Records, involved in composing, producing, and deejaying psychedelic trance alongside to Saykoyon, Triskell and Digital Talk. Watch ouf for this upcoming french talent.

Phatmatix USED to be a Mechanik sound records artist as well as I was ..
He is now a red cells records artist .. and will definitely perform within my label ..

I think I've seen a sideproject of him in Geneva the name was arketype and he used to play with Aurora a djane, but not sure, anyway the music was really good with live percussion too... |

Arketype is not a side project of Stef ( Phatmatix ) but a project composed by Vanessa and dj Ninja ..
asaik she is working on her own now ..
