Theres loads going on in Peru. sadly though in Peru psytrance is the domain of the richer more privelidged limenios and the parties are expensive, far to expensie for the average peruvian, but check out los cedros in urubamba cuzco Peru he does good full moon parties in the beautiful mountains.

I used to live in Lima for about 3 years, and there was a growing psy scene.. but I'm more of a house guy, at least until I came to Bombay, I can easily put you in contact with some peruvian psy producer/djs....
