Periskopio (Overdoze Records)
Periskopio is aka Pedro Leyva who was born in Durango Mexico City. At age 21 he moved to Monterrey in northern Mexico, where he attended rave parties and discovered his passion for electronic music.
In early 2007 Pedro began to take classes to learn dj'ing at Green Light Records. That same year began playing at private parties.
In summer 2008 he debut in the city of Durango front of an audience of about 200 people, spinning a full on funky psy trance set. At the end of the year he recived the opportunity to play in a prestigious and well known club in the city of Monterrey (Cafe Iguana), where he began playing
progressive trance and within a few weeks he is given the opportunity to open the club on some Thursdays nights playing full on psychedelic trance dj sets.
In 2009 he moved to Vancouver, Canada and begins to form part of "Overdoze Records" appearing at the release party. In late 2009 he appears at the party the overdoze crew throughs at "The Modern Club" located in the Gastown in downtown Vancouver. Pedro did an opening set at Organix at the beginning of 2010, and opened alot of eyes and promises to deliver a full on, mind blowing dancefloor explosion!
