You have to sign up but it's free, go to the downloads section, scroll past the crappy loops and there are a few dozen sample packs with hundreds of one-shot bassdrums, hihats, snares, toms, ethnic stuff, etc.. both electronic and acoustic.. also go to http://www.synthzone.com/sampling.htm
and find links to thousands more, happy sampling!
