Hallo,
i will make a list for me with a Percussion.
I serach for Percussion for ACID Song and GOA.
I use this Percussion:
K...K...K...K...
....S.......S...
..O...O...O...O.
H...H...H...H..
K = Kick
S = Snare
O = Open hihat
H = Closed Hihat
Who can me help me by problem?

if your drumpatterns looks like that i think you have to come up with some new ideas.
That was like the first drumpatterns you learn to do.
Dont you use congas,bongos,tamburines etc?

Anybody want to learn how to make simple precussions? Get fruityloops. It's easy to make a drum sequence. Easyest it can get.

If you wanna make some cool percussions, try excluding everything but Kick and then add percussions till it sounds crisp... then add synths one at the time and make adjustments... a nice way to get a feel for how your percs really sounds...

dont forget
one of the most important thing when you working with
pecs/drums....is velocity.....
if you are not pro....try different velocities untill you
you will find good lines!

hehe .. beginners dilemma .. experiment .. theres no rules . one thing you can try is to turn off the quantize / snap settings and try shifting some of the drums just a tad . sometimes it makes it more organic and human , but cant overdo it coz this music needs to be a bit robtic .

one tip for you guys.
sampled breaks are fun and easy to work with.
if you use recycle just chop it up and then play with the loops.
try dnb break classics like the amen brother break and fuck the drums up.
