peoblems with my midi controller using VST and fruity loops

when i use the factory presets on the specific stand-alone VST instrument it works fine and i can even "midi learn" assign any knob or slider to anything i want, works like a dream.
but the problem occurs under fruityloops, same VST instruments but not the same "midi learn" heaven....
nothing barely works, like FL's midi settings hijacked the midi ports or something and can't quite correctly connect to the controller....
any ideas?
i got an Evolution MK-449 controller... not that it matters.

I think the problem is that fruity loop, like logic, changes all the midi parameter numbers... It seems like nothing is working but try turning all physical knobs on different virtual instruments, and you should see some activity at some point.
Is this it?!
Unfortunately i have no solution for this tricky problem, or at least not for fruity loops =( |
