Pedra Branca Album (W.F.Corp / Brazil)

The thirteen musics are chained in outline continuous play, paused
by experimental samples - image and likeness of the shows of the group
is warranty of an abbreviation, but intense, trip for the binomial
time-space with zither, tabla, lute, japanese samissen, indigenous
caxixi, didgeridoo, udu, instruments invented by the musicians,
samplers and beats and electronic effects.
As example of the stage, Pedra Branca ferments the musical
experience of the album through the special participations of the Arab
singer and percussionist Jihad in Terra Vermelha (voice); Stênio Mendes
and Luiz Gayotto in Eterno Retorno (voices); Iara Reno in Sol Brilhante
(voice); the percussionist from Pernambuco Jamilson da Silva in
Metamorfose Flutuante (tambourine) and in Encontro Encantado (congas);
the percussionist and drummer of the group Projeto Cru Simone Soul in
Metamorfose Flutuante (drums) and in Terra Vermelha (darbuka); and the
singer and performer Taynã Azevedo, of the show "Solos do Brasil" of
Denise Stocklos, in Encontro Encantado (voice).
The album, without name and independent, was produced by Luciano
Sallun and Alfredo Bello in the Terreiro do Passo studio SP,Brazil and
masterized by Guilherme Simonsen, with forecast to arrive at Europe and
Japan. The art cover is signed by VJ Charles, one of the principal
names of the screens of electronic parties and rock shows. It is worth
to remind that already in 2003 the track 'O Círculo' was chosen by DJ
Smurf to do part of the first volume of the CD "Batida Sossegada"
(Bamba Music).
