hi everyone,
after seeing us play at Mesocco, the organizers of Peace Mountain booked all five of the Peaking Goddess Collective to play the Peace Mountain... yeah!
it looks like people are catching on to the idea of the real LIVE trance band... (4 laptops & tons of instruments)
does anybody know anything about this festival?
good?
bad?
never heard of it?
just trying to get a feel for the party...

hey dude what d'ya mean "real" live?
never heard of the peace mountain.... i was at a mountain party up in shoenbul the other week... it was fucking cold and snowing so i m keeping well away from mountains these days! oh yeah there were live acts up there: sirius isness, mekkanikka and others. those two were the ones i actually danced to. they seemed to be doing live, twisting knobs and stuff... is that live???
good luck up the mountain! hope its hot 'n' sunny cos snow is never good at a party, especially when you re camping!

by "real" live i mean that we don't just push play on pre-recorded tracks & pretend that we are tweaking it live... as many "live" acts unfortunately do.
our tracks are truly live in the sense that they will sound different everytime we play them. it leaves the possibility that it will all go wrong at the gig - but it also leaves room for magic to happen between us & the audience, a true live, instant interaction...
keep it live, yeah... |
