What sequencer u use?

For example in logic you can adjust the delay of the midi track to adjust it with latency (on the properties of the midi track)

Put a sound playing in the midi track, with the attack set to 0, in the same time of kick...press play and adjut the midi delay for the track, so that it will play in time with the kick

Once you find your midi valeu, it should be the same always for your computer and your soundcard, for example in my computer is always set for about -62...
