My pc is used to surf the web, play games, make music, watch movies, do lots of stuff and not only music creation.
I intend to get a new computer in a month or two, when Ill get it should I limit it only to music related software and not connect it to the internet or install games?

I think there is no harm having internet in your DAW,if you are fussy about it you can have 2 users accounts in your pc, one for audio with all the tweaks for production and other for internet and basic stuff!
Games? - naaa
